IMCHF TELEMEDICINE

Telemedicine is the distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions. Telemedicine describe remote clinical services, such as diagnosis and monitoring. When rural settings, lack of transport, a lack of mobility, decreased funding, or a lack of staff restrict access to care, Telemedicine may bridge the gap as well as provider distance-learning; meetings, supervision, and presentations between practitioners; online information and health data management and healthcare system integration.

Patient demand increases and the availability of healthcare providers is very limited in the remote area of developing countries. IMCHF is seeking alternative solutions to traditional healthcare models to meet the needs of the unprivileged communities. Telemedicine project is the most viable solution, therefore, IMCHF train paramedics on the field and connect them with the physicians all over the world. This project gains a lot of success and is growing rapidly.

IMCHF is among the pioneer in Telemedicine in Pakistan. Our First Clinic was started in a remote area of KPK Pakistan in Lakki Marwat, Our Second Telemedicine Clinic was started in Dadu, Sindh. Doctors sitting in Karachi treating patients in remote areas
through this portal with the help of Nurses.

This experiment was very successful, because unavailability of qualified Lady doctors in those remote areas, help them a lot to solve their day to day health issues. Our goal is to set up hundreds of such clinics in remote areas of Pakistan, where qualified doctors are not available, to train healthcare workers as Telemedicine specialist to assist doctors.
