Dr. Syed Muhammad Zubair Masood
President / Chairman
Dr Zubair is the Founder & Chairman of IMCHF Canada. He is a Pediatrician & a humanitarian worker. He has worked in Haiti as Pediatrician & Project Manager and Laid the Foundation of one of the biggest Neonatal Unit in the Country. He has been involved in the development of hospitals and improvement of Health services in Haiti. He had also worked as Pediatrician and Senior Medical Officer with an ERU in a Field Hospital in Haiti after the Earthquake. Through his Leadership skill he will be able to develop and build momentum around an exciting vision & will be a leading player in the humanitarian sector.
Ariff Ul Islam
Vice President / Country Head
Ariff Ul Islam an Engineer by profession holds Master degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Project Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), USA , and brings over three decades of leadership and technical expertise to the construction and development sector.
As the CEO of AAA Partnership Pvt Ltd., a Project and Construction Management firm since 1992, he has spearheaded the successful delivery of a wide range of high-rise corporate and residential buildings, mixed-use developments, hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities across Pakistan.
In addition to his role in the private sector, Mr. Islam is the Founder Member and Country Head of the Internation Matetnal and Child Health Foundation (IMCHF) since its inception in 2013. In this capacity, he is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the organization in Pakistan, overseeing program development and implementation, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, managing strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement, leading fundraising and resource mobilization efforts, and guiding the operational, financial, and administrative functions to support IMCHF’s humanitarian and development objectives across the country.
Syed Pervaz Masood
Deputy Country Head, IMCHF Pakistan
Syed Pervaz Masood, fondly honored with the title “Edhi” by IMCHF, is a pioneer member of IMCHF Pakistan. He joined the organization at its inception in 2013 as the Director and, due to his unwavering commitment and leadership, was soon entrusted with the responsibilities of Deputy Country Head.
A seasoned banking professional with over 35 years of diverse experience, Mr. Masood is an ex-banker and former bank executive. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is known for his strategic thinking, integrity, and excellence in organizational leadership.
Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Mr. Masood has always been deeply rooted in social service. From an early age, he dedicated himself to community welfare, offering his time and expertise to uplift those in need. His passion for humanitarian work led him to align with IMCHF, where he continues to champion initiatives focused on the underprivileged and marginalized segments of society.
As Deputy Country Head, Mr. Masood plays a pivotal role in steering IMCHF Pakistan’s vision, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and impactful community outreach.
Madam Aliya Ariff
Joint Secretary / Director Education
Aliya Ariff, an erudite scholar holding a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition, has been serving with unwavering dedication as the Director of Education at the International Maternal & Child Health Foundation (IMCHF) since 2012. Renowned for her visionary leadership and an unyielding commitment to educational equity, she has passionately championed the cause of empowering underprivileged children through transformative, holistic learning experiences. Her enduring mission is to cultivate within these young minds the confidence, competence, and character necessary to emerge as enlightened, self-reliant contributors to an inclusive and progressive society.
Nazim Uddin
Treasurer / Director Finance
Nazimuddin is an Accountant by profession having graduated on 1971 and getting his initial training from Ford Rhodes Robson Morrow a leading Chartered Accountants firm of Pakistan in 1971.
Ever since , for the last 53 years he has worked in several leading companies in a Senior position both in Pakistan and the UAE. Notable amongst them are as Director Finance of Volta Batteries and Chief Internal Auditor of BRR MODARABA.
He is presently working as Head of Finance , Administration and HR of AAA PARTNERSHIP.
Nazimuddin joined IMCHF as Director Finance in 2013. With his auditing background, he has kept a very close eye in the Financial Operations of IMCHF and has ensured that the Funds received have only been used for the purpose it was given and also ensured Zakat compliance of Funds received. He is also responsible for maintenance of the Books of Accounts of
IMCHF and having them updated and Audited every year.
Nazimuddin provides his services on a voluntary basis.
Syed Nishat Ahmed

He joined IMCHF Pakistan in 2020 as an administrator later moving to become Director Administration and Media. Claiming a rich heritage of hailing from Abbottabad Public school, Abbottabad and Pakistan Air Force (PAF college, Sargodha) veteran, he is a seasoned advertising and marketing professional with diversified 30+ years experience of working with the most prestigious advertising agencies (Orient McCann Erickson, Synergy advertising) and brands with national and international presence.
Hassaan Ariff

He joined IMCHF Pakistan in 2020 as an administrator later moving to become Director Administration and Media. Dr. Yahya Aamir
Executive Member / Director Health
He is a consultant psychiatrist and Director of Hayate nau… Institute for mental health also providing mental health services at community level in Orangi town. He is also conducting orientation programs for family physicians on basic psychiatric issues in order to enable them to deal with common psychiatric illnesses at primary level.
Arsheela Shamim
Executive Member / Director Special Education
Having completed two Master’s degrees and currently pursuing her third, she stands as a testament to academic rigor and professional excellence. Her first Master’s degree in Education was distinguished by a top-tier academic position, while her second, in Special Education, earned her a First Division from the University of Karachi. Currently, she is advancing through her third Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology, specializing in audiology, also from the University of Karachi.
Her credentials extend beyond national boundaries, holding the prestigious title of International Behavior Therapist (IBT), certified and licensed in the USA. Additionally, she is a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the USA. Further solidifying her multidisciplinary expertise, she has completed a Montessori Director course.
Her practical experience includes the completion of an internship at National Liaquat Hospital, solidifying her hands-on expertise in the medical and rehabilitative fields.
Her technical proficiency spans across various digital platforms, showcasing advanced skills in graphic design, video production, and adeptness in Microsoft Word and Excel. She is also a seasoned content writer, capable of delivering complex, high-quality written material.
She possesses approximately 2 years of experience at Bahria Special Children School, Karsaz, where she has likely gained valuable insights and honed her skills in working with children with special needs.
As the Director of ISERC (Institute for Special Education and Rehabilitation Center) and Principal of an educational institute dedicated to special education, her leadership and expertise contribute significantly to the realm of education and therapeutic intervention.
